Experience Jeff Warren has a nationally-recognized legal practice in Chapter 11 reorganization cases, both as a courtroom counsel and as an out-of-court negotiator and problem solver. Mr. Warren was lead bankruptcy counsel to the debtor, Celotex Corporation, in one of the largest Chapter 11 cases ever filed. He successfully argued Celotex v. Edwards before the United States Supreme Court, establishing national precedent regarding the jurisdiction of bankruptcy judges. Mr. Warren’s experience in and out of court has equipped him to render advice to business clients seeking solutions for complex commercial problems.
Bar Admissions Mr. Warren is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Courts for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.

Recognitions, Associations and Professional Activities Mr. Warren has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy in honor and recognition of his professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency. As a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Mr. Warren is a Contributing Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal. He is certified as a specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, accredited by The Florida Bar. He served as Chairman of the Consumer Protection Committee of The Florida Bar. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors, then President and Chair of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. Mr. Warren served as a Trustee for the University of Florida Law Center Association, Inc. from 1993 through 1998 and he has served as a Trustee Emeritus since 1999. Mr. Warren is the author of several chapters for publication of The Florida Bar and numerous articles regarding creditors’ rights issues. In 2008, the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association presented Mr. Warren with the Douglas P. McClurg Professionalism Award. Mr. Warren has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America since 1995. He has also been named to Florida's "Legal Elite" by Florida Trend Magazine. Having received recognition by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine each year since 2006, Mr. Warren was also named among the top ten Florida "Super Lawyers" in 2008 and 2009, and among the top one hundred in 2010. Mr. Warren has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Personal Mr. Warren was born in Jersey City, New Jersey and raised in Starke, Florida.
