Experience Amanda Bennett’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation. She regularly represents corporate and individual clients in matters involving construction litigation, professional liability defense and collection of federal and state judgments. Additionally, Ms. Bennett defends design professionals in malpractice suits and is an approved attorney for a large professional liability insurance carrier.
Bar Admissions Ms. Bennett is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Recognitions, Associations and Professional Activities Ms. Bennett is a member of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association and the American Bar Association, including the Forum on Construction Law. She is also a member of the American Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession and the Hillsborough County Association for Women Lawyers, for which she published an article in 2005 entitled “Women in the Legal Profession: Taking Advantage of Our Differences.” In 2004, Ms. Bennett co-authored an educational outline entitled “Issues of Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, and Immunity for the Design Professional.” Ms. Bennett has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers magazine.
Personal Ms. Bennett was born in Louisville, Kentucky and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida.
