Experience John Bush was a trial lawyer for more than 47 years. Mr. Bush tried several hundred jury and non-jury cases and has participated in more than three hundred federal and state court appeals, resulting in approximately ninety reported decisions. He participated as lead counsel in federal court jury trials in Connecticut, New York, Kentucky and Florida. Mr. Bush’s cases included matters involving securities law, antitrust, patents, Uniform Commercial Code, non-competition covenants, contracts and torts. Mr. Bush was a certified mediator and an arbitrator.
Bar Admissions Mr. Bush was admitted to practice in New York and Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, Eleventh and Federal Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.

Recognitions, Associations and Professional Activities Mr. Bush served as a member of the Florida Circuit Court Judicial Nominating Commission from 1986 through 1990. He was a co-author of Discovery Practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Bush was recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine and was awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
