Experience
Karen Cox has extensive experience litigating jury trials in federal and state courts and has successfully litigated many complex cases to jury verdict.  She has handled appeals in federal and state courts and has argued many cases before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  Ms. Cox has also represented court-appointed bankruptcy trustees in actions to recover fraudulently-transferred assets for the benefit of the bankruptcy estate.

Ms. Cox is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Courts for the Southern Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Recognitions, Associations and Professional Activities
Ms. Cox is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  Ms. Cox has given seminars on jury instructions.  Court TV and Dateline NBC have broadcast programs featuring one of the cases she tried.  She is a former President of the Sacred Heart Academy Parish Advisory Committee.  Ms. Cox has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
