Experience Meredith Freeman’s practice focuses on civil litigation, primarily related to condominiums. Ms. Freeman routinely handles rescission disputes including Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure cases as well as real estate litigation, foreclosure litigation, deed restriction enforcement, arbitration, mediation, and collection cases.
Bar Admissions Ms. Freeman is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Recognitions, Associations and Professional Activities Ms. Freeman is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Academy of Florida Trial Attorneys. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, the Young Lawyers Division, the Trial Lawyers sections of The Florida Bar and a member of the Condominium Plan Development Committee of The Florida Bar. Ms. Freeman is also a mentor for the George Edgecomb Bar Association and currently serves as co-chair for the Stetson Interview Workshop Committee. Ms. Freeman has been a guest speaker for the Council of Neighborhood Associations and has spoken on the topic of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act and other topics related to community associations. Ms. Freeman was the 2003 recipient of the Judge Frank White Diversity Scholarship. During law school, Ms. Freeman served as Vice President of the Black Law Students' Association.
Personal Ms. Freeman was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
