Experience Randy Sterns has extensive experience in representing entities that seek financing, forming broker-dealer firms, and representing public and private companies. Mr. Sterns also represents tax-exempt organizations including charities, schools, foundations, supporting organizations and religious organizations with regards to formation issues, fundraising, planned giving and financing transactions.
Bar Admissions Mr. Sterns is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States Tax Court.

He is also a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and National Committee on Planned Giving and is a frequent seminar speaker on exempt and public charities. Mr. Sterns has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Personal Mr. Sterns was born in Mason City, Iowa and raised in Oregon.
