Abigail L. Tamayo
Abigail ("Abbie") focuses her practice on commercial litigation in state and federal courts, in matters involving business and contract disputes, real estate disputes, professional liability, employment litigation, and other general commercial litigation.
Abbie attended Florida State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a second major in Psychology. Following graduation, she attended Florida State University College of Law and graduated cum laude. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Carrie Anne Wozniak of the Fifth District Court of Appeal. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Writing and Research classes and was responsible for helping students draft memoranda and prepare for oral arguments.
