Jamie L. Meola

Ms. Meola is a Shareholder of the firm and focuses her practice on federal and state taxation, corporate law, partnership law, securities, and corporate finance.

Ms. Meola regularly advises clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, commercial lending, business formation, entity selection, operation, termination, strategic planning and tax matters.

She has experience representing financial institutions in numerous commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities and acquisition financings.
