Nicolas G. Pazos
Nicolas focuses his practice on civil litigation in state court in the area of insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the same area at another firm representing clients throughout the State of Florida. Nicolas was also a former Assistant Public Defender for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit serving indigent Hillsborough County residents. Nicolas has handled thousands of cases and litigated both criminal and civil cases in both jury and non-jury trials. While in law school, Nicolas focused on Litigation and Trial Advocacy while also serving as a student representative for the National Security Law Society and as President of the Hunting & Rifle Association.
Professional & Community Affiliations
Nicolas is a longtime member of Rough Riders, a local not-for profit group that celebrates the legacy of President Theodore Roosevelt and engages in charitable events in the community. Nicolas is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Florida and Texas.
