Dale Dowden
Dale Dowden is an associate attorney in the Corporate and Transactional practice group. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, business and real estate transactions, corporate governance matters, commercial lending, and mergers & acquisitions. Dale advises clients across a broad range of industries, including private equity, health care, startups & emerging businesses, and the practice of veterinary medicine, with a specific focus on assisting clients resolve nationwide regulatory issues related to the veterinary profession, as well as advising veterinarians through issues arising during practice acquisition and operation. Dale also advises clients on intellectual property matters relating to the registration, use, and maintenance of trademarks, as well as the enforcement of trademark rights.
