C. Drew Greminger
Drew Greminger is Board Certified in Construction Law. His practice is primarily focused on civil litigation in state courts in the areas of construction and professional liability. Mr. Greminger primarily represents general contractors, contractors, and design professionals in all stages of litigation and during contract negotiations. He also represents private entities in real estate acquisitions, sales, and commercial leasing.
Mr. Greminger attended Florida State University for his undergraduate degree and law school. While in law school, he earned the Book Award for the highest grade in Legal Writing & Research I. Mr. Greminger served as an Articles & Notes Editor and Article Selection Editor of the FSU Business Review. He was a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard A. Nielsen in the Complex Litigation Division of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court for Hillsborough County. Mr. Greminger also worked as a Legal Writing & Research Teaching Assistant for Professor Jeanne Curtin.

Drew was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. After graduating from law school, he returned to Tampa, where he now lives with his wife, Lizzi, and young daughter, Emmie.
