The Position
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing Professional Liability practice group. Our practice group represents attorneys, real estate agents/brokers, accountants and other professionals in complex litigation.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in civil litigation and a history of handling all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, appearing in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings and all other substantive work associated with achieving excellent results for our clients. Experience in professional liability is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and be in good standing with The Florida Bar. Excellent academic credentials are required.
