Network Administrator

The Position
We are looking for a Network Administrator to join our team. This position will be part of a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a technical support environment.
Essential responsibilities of the position will include:
- Monitors, controls, and isolates problems in the data communications network
- Performs first- and/or second-level problem determination
- Interfaces with users and/or network vendors
- Responsible for providing technical support to end-users
- Perform installation, modification, and testing of network
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the Firm’s network and firewalls
- Quickly resolve a variety of end-user PC, hardware, and access issues over the phone, through e-mail, or face-to-face
- Identify and resolve network connectivity issues
- Support end-users’ utilization of Microsoft Office applications
- Track issues and document troubleshooting efforts utilizing KACE Systems Management Remedy or comparable Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system
- Image Firm PCs for end-user distribution
Ideal candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical support environment
- Experience with VMWare, Cisco, Firewalls, Terminal Server, and MFA technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be discreet and maintain the utmost confidentiality at all times
- Proven ability to work in a teamwork-driven environment
- Proven ability to provide exemplary customer service to all stakeholders
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and solve problems of a complicated process or technical nature
- Law firm experience preferred, but not required
