Bush Ross Announces Three New Shareholders
Michelle Drab, Web Melton and Josh Welsh have been named Shareholders of Bush Ross, P.A..
Ms. Drab joined the Firm in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 1996, her Master of Social Work from Florida International University in 2001, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, cum laude, in 2006, where she was a member of the Florida Law Review and Order of the Coif. Ms. Drab's practice focuses on general civil litigation primarily in the areas of contract disputes, professional liability, residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, and collections, representing a variety of clients including local and national banks and businesses, community associations, government and non-profit entities, and individuals.
Mr. Melton has also been with the Firm since 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in 2003 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 2006. Mr. Melton’s practice focuses assisting association officers, directors and property managers with corporate operations, including litigation, arbitration, mediation and transactions. His practice concentrates primarily on civil litigation involving condominiums, homeowner associations, real estate disputes, employment, foreclosures, insurance disputes, deed restriction enforcement, contract disputes, regulatory takings, eminent domain, construction defects, land use disputes and condominium and homeowner association collections. Mr. Melton also has an active transactional practice involving condominiums, homeowner associations, real estate transactions, real estate development, golf and social clubs, non-profits and businesses.
Mr. Welsh joined the Firm in 2008. He received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from St. Bonaventure University in 1998, his Master of Arts from Pennsylvania State University in 2000, and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2007. Mr. Welsh's practice focuses on motion practice, litigation support, and appeals. He has researched, briefed and argued issues involving professional liability, premises liability, transportation and aviation liability, medical malpractice, medical peer review, insurance coverage, bad faith, and pharmaceutical liability.
