Bush Ross Shareholders Eric Appleton and Web Melton were presenters at a recent Association Board Member Certification Course hosted FirstService Residential. The course, which fulfills the State of Florida's requirement for newly elected or appointed board members, covered the most critical aspects of day-to day association operations, including roles and responsibilities of Board members, how to read governing documents, records maintenance, financial reporting obligations and more.
Eric Appleton chairs the firm’s Community Association Practice Group and has over fifteen years of experience representing real estate owners, commercial associations and residential community associations throughout Florida.
