Bush Ross Welcomes New Attorneys

Bush Ross, P.A. is excited to announce that Marjorie Hensel, Lori Heim and Yolyvee Gordon have joined the Firm's Professional Liability Practice Group.   

Ms. Hensel, a Shareholder, will act as Practice Group Leader.  She received her J.D. from the University of Miami, and her B.A. from the University of California at San Diego.  Her practice focuses primarily in the area of professional liability defense.  She regularly represents lawyers and law firms, accountants, architects, surveyors, engineers, insurance brokers and agents, real estate agents, travel agents, tattoo artists and cosmeticians.  Ms. Hensel also has experience in extra-contractual liability and catastrophic litigation.

Ms. Heim, a Shareholder, received her J.D. from Mercer University College of Law, and her B.A. from Florida State.  She practices in the areas of professional liability litigation, commercial litigation, real estate, and creditors' rights. Ms. Heim represents professionals in matters regarding errors and omissions, state licensing and disciplinary issues, unfair competition matters and other instances of alleged unprofessional conduct.  She also represents clients in both residential and commercial real estate transactions and litigation matters.

Ms. Gordon has joined the Firm as an Associate.  She received her J.D. from  St. Thomas University School of Law and her B.A. from American University.  Ms. Gordon focuses her practice in the area of professional liability litigation, with particular emphasis on the defense of lawyers, law firms, accountants, surveyors, as well as real estate agents and brokers against claims of professional liability.
