Bush Ross Welcomes Two New Associates
Bush Ross is pleased to welcome Andrew J. Buddemeyer and Kathleen L. DiSanto to the firm.
Mr. Buddemeyer focuses his practice in the area of federal and state taxation, corporate law, partnership law, wills, trusts, estate planning and estate administration. He handles transactional planning as well as represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state and local taxing authorities in a variety of tax matters. Mr. Buddemeyer graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he received his LL.M in 2016 and his J.D., cum laude, in 2014.
Ms. DiSanto focuses her practice on matters related to bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, creditors’ rights, insolvency proceedings, and general commercial transactions. Ms. DiSanto is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, accredited by The Florida Bar. Ms. DiSanto entered private practice in 2010, following the completion of a two-year clerkship to the Honorable Caryl E. Delano, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Middle District of Florida. She received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2008.
