Bush Ross Associate Presents Seminar for the Central Florida Chapter of PRIMA

Ben Jilek an associate in Bush Ross' Casualty Practice Group presented a seminar for the Central Chapter of PRIMA (Public Risk Management Association) entitled "The Sunshine Law and the Digital Era: Implications to Public Record Requests and Document Production in Litigation" on June 20, 2008 at Dubsdread Golf Course and Restaurant in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Jilek spoke on such topics as statutory and public record requests, computer technology and open meeting laws, implications to public access and privacy of public officials, and the discovery of electronic information within state and Federal court litigation.
